Garth Brooks says he'll sell 'every brand of beer' at his new Nashville bar following Bud Light backlash

Garth Brooks' new Nashville bar will serve "every brand of beer" following a right-wing backlash against Bud Light, he told Billboard.

A March Madness promotion on Instagram that featured the trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney led some to call for a boycott of Bud Light.

But Brooks made it clear that he wanted his venue to be an inclusive space.

"I want it to be a place you feel safe in, I want it to be a place where you feel like there are manners and people like one another," he told Billboard.

"And yes, we're going to serve every brand of beer. We just are. It's not our decision to make.

Our thing is this, if you are let into this house, love one another," he added. "If you're an asshole, there are plenty of other places on lower Broadway."

Sales of Bud Light dropped by 23% in May, per Circana data, and lost its crown as America's best-selling beer to Modelo Especial.
